Emmie is in that stage where she loves to "help" or even better, "do it all my myself." She was so thrilled the afternoon JiJi asked her to help her bake an apple pie. She poured and stirred like a pro- and even better taste tested every few seconds. Enough that we needed to add an extra apple into the mix. ;)

You guys, nothing makes you feel older than shooting someone's SENIOR photos that you used to babysit... when he was your daughters age! That's right- I used to baby sit Micah when he was two! Gosh it makes me feel SO old and then start spiraling into thinking how I'm going to blink and it's going to be Emmie's turn! ahhh..

We started out over at Regent University, such a beautiful campus to photograph at, and then headed over to the Chesapeake Arboretum.
And of course, I love this shot of Micah and his beautiful Mom!
