Finding and purchasing a home is a significant deal and can be stressful- especially in today’s market. My goal is to make this process as smooth as possible.

Before you start looking for a new home, there are a few steps to accomplish to ensure we can find your dream home!

2- Determine your wants and needs. Figure out where exactly you want to live, is there a certain school district or neighborhood that you like? Do you want to live in the city of Lynchburg or one of the surrounding counties? How many bedrooms or bathrooms do you need?

3- Once we know what you can afford and the specifics of what you’re looking for, I will set you up on my automated email list so you get an alert as soon as a new property that meets your qualifications goes on the market.
