Jerry & Holly's Wintergreen Engagement Session || Lynchburg, VA Photographer

Jerry & Holly really wanted snowy engagement photos- but the roads in Lynchburg made that really difficult to happen- when it actually snowed, we were pretty much stuck at home since we don't have a 4WD vehicle anymore! (Don't remind Michael of this! He's still sad about that! haha). The last snowstorm when we talked about meeting up, but it was sleeting and the roads were a mess, we then decided to just make the quick drive over to Wintergreen Resort and borrow some of their snow for photos! We spent the afternoon chatting about their wedding plans, Jerry's brisket- so excited to try that on their wedding day, and just life in general!

Oh I am so excited to show you these photos from Charlie & Emily's Boonsboro Country Club Wedding! Lynchburg has SO many amazing venues, but Boonsboro holds a special place in my heart, since me and Michael both used to work there in college! Walking back into those doors seems to bring everything back from those days! Funny how that happens! 

Charlie & Emily's Wedding was simply breathtaking! Their friends and family were so amazing and supportive- you could just tell by every hug, speech, and toast that they are so loved and everyone is so excited for their big day!

A weekend update || Lynchburg Wedding Photographer

Guuuuuuuuys! I am so excited for this week.  They are calling for temps here in Lynchburg, Virginia in the upper 70s!! I am so very excited for winter to be over! This has been a winter full of sickness in our household- we've made more visits to the pediatrician over the last 2 months than we have in the last year.  Hopefully the sunshine and warmer weather will lead to healthiness and no more doctor visits! ;) 

While last week held yet another bout of sickness for us all, Saturday we luckily felt better, and it's a good thing because we had another busy weekend! Saturday was Charlie & Emily's Boonsboro Country Club Wedding Day! It was a seriously beautiful wedding day and Charlie & Emily were surrounded by so many friends and family that were there to love, support, and celebrate with this amazing couple!! 

Sunday started out as a lazy day to recoup.  Weddings are seriously a lot of hard work, so I super enjoy getting to sleep in a little bit, have breakfast as a family, and then catching up on some work, before heading out to the beautiful Wintergreen, Virginia for Jerry & Holly's engagement session!

Tony & Cole's Lynchburg Maternity Session || Central Virginia Photographer

Eeeeeeeek! Maternity sessions are so fun and exciting to me! I love getting to celebrate with families as they prepare for their family to grow! Those last few weeks are so exciting and full of anticipation! 

I worked with Cole previously & this girl is hilarious, and a killer realtor! She tells it how it is, which is something I totally admire about her! And exactly what you want in a realtor!! Her and her husband Tony are having a baby boy in just a few weeks and I am so excited!! This little man is going to be SO loved and totally spoiled!! I can't wait to hold him and snuggle him and squeeze him! ahhhh! <3 Plus have wine nights with Mom!

Lindsay & Brian's Pharsalia Engagment Session

Pharsalia is seriously GORGEOUS.  It's tucked away in the middle of nowhere mountains of Virginia.  Every single corner has a different backdrop for the perfect photo! I met up with Brian & Lindsay one afternoon before the sun set for their engagement session! It was a seriously gorgeous day! I can't believe we were out in the sunshine and warmth less than a week ago and they are talking about snow for tomorrow! Seriously insane! 

Brian & Lindsay are ADORABLE together! I love it when couples can laugh and have so much fun! And I especially love it when the guys have a good attitude about getting pictures done, and Brian totally did! These two are getting married out at Pharsalia in just a few short months and I am truly so excited for their big day!!!
