What an exciting time for you and your husband-to-be! I am so glad you found me and I am honored you are considering me to capture the special moments of your wedding day!
My goal every time I pick up my camera is to serve my couples joyfully! I want to celebrate each and every moment with you- as if it were my own! I firmly believe that getting to know my clients on a personal level allows me to create an amazing experience that is unique to you as a couple!

I shot my first wedding over 10 years ago and was quickly hooked! I've photographed over 150 weddings now, and am still so in love with it!
Michael runs the back end of the business! He's a finance, budget, and weather-man extraordinaire! I am so thankful for these skills of his!
One of our favorite things about Central Virginia is visiting wineries in the area! We love sharing a bottle of red wine over the mountain scenery!
I met my husband, Michael, on a blind date. I was so against the idea initially, my friend had to trick me into meeting him!
Michael & I both grew up in the Virginia Beach area & currently live in the mountains of Central Virginia. We love to travel- bonus points if it's somewhere warm!
We have a sassy, energetic 9 year old, Emmie, and a 2 year old with all the energy and silliness, Sully!

THE PROCESS
I pride myself in intentionally developing relationships with my couples to ensure an enjoyable wedding experience! In my experience, your comfort level with both the camera and the photographer makes a world of difference in your photographs! I love getting to know my couples on a personal level.
I get inspired by your unique love story, which guides me to capture and create intimate and memorable moments that you and your families will cherish forever!
After booking, we will begin the planning process! We will chat over your timeline, portraits and schedule an engagement session, if applicable. I love engagement sessions, it's where I start to truly get to know my couples! During the engagement session, you will learn how I work and we will begin to establish that comfort factor that's so important- all while having a great time!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes! I have a staff of the most amazing talented photographers that second shoot with me, and shoot associate weddings for me as well! All of my photographers are covered with insurance and are professionals that have been in the wedding photography business for years!
WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE READY?
I know you're super excited to see your wedding images! I always share sneak peeks the week after your wedding and you can expect your full gallery within 4-6 weeks after your wedding!
WHAT ARE MY NEXT STEPS?
Once you've decided to book, just let me know which package you're most interested in. A 25% retainer and a signed contract is required to book your date, all of which can be done online!
WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
I believe engagement sessions are crucial to the wedding experience! We learn so much about each other during this time, plus it's so much fun and you have gorgeous photos to remember this time of your lives by!
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes! I do have full liability and equipment insurance! This is such an important question to ask your vendors, because most vendors do require proof of insurance, and we will gladly send them the needed documents if requested!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! We love traveling & getting to shoot weddings in new & inspiring places! There may be a small travel fee applied depending on location. Contact me for more specifics!
HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU DELIVER?
The number of images delivered varies, depending on your schedule & activities of the day. However, on average, I deliver around 75 images per hour.
